Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

PeakView Connect (the “Service”) is operated by PeakView Mortgage, 101 N. F Street, Suite 200, Salida, CO 81201 (Company NMLS #1764010). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and is not

  • The Service provides local market intelligence for Chaffee County, Colorado, mortgage-scenario tools, an AI assistant (“Morgan”), and matching with local real-estate professionals.
  • Nothing on the Service is a loan offer, rate quote, pre-approval, or commitment to lend. Rate ranges, market figures, forecasts, and scenario calculations are informational estimates only and may be delayed or inaccurate.
  • The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Actual loan terms depend on a full application, underwriting, and market conditions at lock, and are provided only through official loan-origination channels.
  • Regulated mortgage activity is conducted by licensed individuals (Matthew Wierzbinski, NMLS #245088, CO MLO #100506308) outside this website.

3. AI assistant disclaimer

Morgan is an artificial-intelligence assistant. Its responses are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are not reviewed by a human before delivery. Do not rely on Morgan for financial decisions — verify important information directly with a licensed professional. Conversations may be stored and reviewed as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other highly sensitive data through chat.

4. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent identity or credentials, or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Professional matching

  • Matches with agents, processors, insurance agents, and financial advisors are introductions only. Professionals in the network are independent businesses — not employees, partners, or agents of PeakView Mortgage.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or outcome of any professional’s services. Any engagement you enter with a matched professional is solely between you and them.
  • Professionals joining the network represent that their license and credential information is accurate and current, and authorize us to display their business profile to potential clients.

6. Communications consent

By creating an account or submitting a contact request, you agree that PeakView Mortgage may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text at the contact details you provide. Consent to marketing texts or calls is not a condition of receiving any service. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us). Message and data rates may apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone’s rights;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data, or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service;
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent professional credentials, or submit false information;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or manipulate Morgan or any rate/market data feeds;
  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, text, market analysis, data compilations, and software — is owned by or licensed to PeakView Mortgage and protected by law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own real-estate and financing decisions. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEAKVIEW MORTGAGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE (INCLUDING MORGAN’S RESPONSES). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
